Shipping...
We ship via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose.
Domestic Shipping & Handling Options:
- Standard (3-6 day delivery)
- Express (2-5 day delivery)
- Expedited (1-2 day delivery)
International Shipping & Handling Options:
- Standard (1-3 week delivery)
- Express (5-12 day delivery)
- Expedited (1-6 day delivery)
We typically ship orders out the next business day, but under some circumstances, we may take longer. Kook Wear is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the U.S.P.S. or UPS. Contact us for any additional shipping info.
Returns & Exchanges...
Kook Wear will accept a return on any defective product we ship.
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged for other items sold at Kook Wear within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can contact us and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges.
Payment...
Kook Wear facilitates payments through a third-party service called PayPal™. We know a lot of people are allergic to PayPal, but don't worry, you do not have to be a member or have an account to use PayPal. After you click the "Check Out>>" button in the shopping cart, you're redirected to a PayPal checkout page. On this page just click on the link that says "Don't have a PayPal account?!" This will take you to a page where you can pay with any old credit card.
T-shirt Sizes...
All of Kook Wear clothing is form fitting. Please be advised that form fit shirts run small and thus if you're used to baggy shirts you should buy one size larger than you normally would.
